Hi time for another mini blog post. We are still trying to work out the bugs on the new upgrade.

So today, I thought I would tell you that we have an Etsy store called HomebodyHavens. SEE HERE

I originally started out selling antiques: Local American items, neat things I found in Ireland, and items John had made. Now that John has passed, I still sell his wood boxes but feature more neat stuff I find in thrift shops, online, vintage items, and homemade crafts. I made beach art in Ireland with pebbles, driftwood, and seashells I found on Irish beaches. We lived in the sunny southeast area- of Wexford. We frequently visited family in Galway, Dublin, and up both coasts. Ireland is a tiny nation- only a little larger than Ohio, so it only takes a little time to get from place to place. I offer seashell and pebble art pieces at the Etsy store.

Some samples of the pebble art:

Does anyone remember Shultz and Dooley- The Utica Beer Mugs????

Please bear with me- hope to get his going ok soon. Let me know what you think about the Etsy shop. Ta

Darleen

Hi, my name's Darleen.

This homebody works on making my own haven, and I would love for you to feel free to do this too. I lean toward a New England, English country decor, but you can adapt my ideas to fit your style. I write about decor, eating, gardening, travel, and antiquing. I am a fanatical devote of genealogy and love to assist other searchers. If any of this appeals, join me and make your home your haven.
